ATM Network Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By registering for the ATM Network Partner Program (“Program”), you (“Partner”) agree to the terms outlined herein. These terms govern all referral leads, business engagements, and service opportunities provided to you by ATM Network, whether through the ATMforBusiness.com platform or other channels. Participation in either the Basic or Trusted Partner Program constitutes a binding business agreement enforceable under applicable contract law.

2. Program Structure

ATM Network offers two partnership tiers:

• Basic Partner Program (Default): Flat-fee model. Free to join. Payouts only upon successful lead conversion.
• Trusted Partner Program: Percentage-based commission model. Available to pre-approved, established partners who commit to reporting, transparency, and timely remittance.

3. Scope of Agreement

• This Program governs lead referrals for ATM placements, ATM sales, repairs, installations, cash vaulting, and other ATM-related services.
• Leads may include businesses seeking temporary, permanent, or customized ATM solutions.
• Partners are prohibited from reselling or redistributing leads without written consent.
• Partner must notify ATM Network promptly upon contact, engagement, or sale with a referred lead.

4. Basic Partner Program (Default)

This flat-fee referral model is designed for individual ATM professionals or smaller operators who want access to exclusive leads without tracking residuals or percentages. No payment is owed unless the partner successfully places, installs, or closes a deal with the lead.

Eligible Scenarios for Flat-Rate Referral Fees:

• Free ATM Placement (Permanent): $750 per location
• Temporary/Event ATM: $200 per location
• Vault Cash Loading Setup: $500 per location
• ATM Processing Setup: $500 per location
• ATM Equipment Sale: 10% of the total sale price

Payment Conditions:

• No fees are owed unless the lead converts into a live ATM, sale, or service.
• Partners must confirm placement via signed agreement, photos, or client acknowledgment.
• Invoice will be issued after confirmation. Payment due within 15 business days.

ATM Network may suspend future lead access for any partner who receives a lead and fails to follow up or complete payment.

5. Trusted Partner Program (Invite-Only)

This percentage-based commission model is available only to partners who have a proven relationship with ATM Network and are approved for detailed tracking, reporting, and ongoing residual engagement.

Commission Structure:

• Free ATM Placements (Revenue Share): 14% of the surcharge per withdrawal
• $2.00 surcharge → $0.30 owed
• $3.50 surcharge → $0.50 owed
• ATM Sales: 10% of sale value
• Cash Vaulting Services: $0.10 per withdrawal
• ATM Processing Services: $0.10 per withdrawal
• ATM Services (Install, Repair, Maintenance): 10% of service fee

Trusted Program Requirements:

• Reporting of lead status and results is mandatory
• Revenue share ATM placements must be processed on pre-approved networks (e.g., PAI)
• Commission payments are due within 15 business days of lead activation or payment receipt

6. Required Service Agreements

Before any referred lead is finalized, the Partner must provide a signed service agreement (PDF) for the location. ATM Network will handle e-signature collection and store the agreement for compliance.

• Upload or email your PDF to ATM Network upon confirmation
• ATM Network will generate and send e-signature links to the business location
• A completed copy will be retained and sent to both parties

7. Payment Methods

• Zelle (Preferred – No fees):
• ACH Transfer: Available upon request
• Venmo Business: @YourBusinessHandle
• PayPal Business:

Note: Partners are responsible for covering any payment processing fees. Please adjust your total accordingly when using PayPal or Venmo. Example: $250 via PayPal → send ~$259.

8. Breach of Agreement

Any of the following constitute a material breach of this agreement:

• Failure to report lead activity
• Failure to remit agreed-upon referral or commission payments
• Misrepresentation or unauthorized redistribution of leads
• Refusal to honor agreed-upon terms after a lead is converted

ATM Network reserves the right to:

• Revoke future lead access
• Demand immediate payment of outstanding obligations
• Initiate legal action in civil or small claims court
• Recover legal fees, court costs, and applicable interest

9. Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Partner expressly waives objections to jurisdiction or venue.

10. Acknowledgment

By registering as a partner, you acknowledge and agree to be enrolled in the Basic Partner Program by default. You understand that you will only be responsible for referral fees if a lead you receive converts into a completed engagement. ATM Network reserves the right to invite select partners to the Trusted Partner Program, where additional terms apply.
